Brighter Futures

Brighter Futures’ Clubhouse Network will help you to improve mental wellbeing, meet new people and learn new skills. Their Staffordshire Mental Health Helpline provides emotional support if you are concerned about your mental health, or that of someone you know.

Carers Hub

The Carers Hub is a single point of access for carers and their families in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. If you are a carer of any age, come here to access support, advice, information and training.

Changes Health and Wellbeing

The Changes service can help you with any form of mental distress, through their weekly mutual health groups and 12-step recovery programme.

Mind North Staffs

North Staffs Carers Association

If you are an unpaid carer of any age in North Staffordshire, you can come here for information, advice, emotional support, practical help, and for support to access benefits and grants.

This website is the main route to information and services from the NHS. In the Health A-Z section, you will find immediate links with buttons to a comprehensive health encyclopaedia and to Medicines information. You can also use the NHS Direct symptom checker to get information to help you decide if medical attention is required. In the Health Services near you section, you can easily search for local GPs, hospitals, dentists and other services, using place name or postcode.
