Active Norfolk

The HERON website provides a comprehensive and searchable source of NHS services, self-help support groups, statutory and voluntary agencies covering the whole of Norfolk and Waveney. Heron has been established since 2003 as a leading database of validated consumer health information.

Norfolk libraries is in partnership with Public Health Norfolk to promote the Healthy Libraries project - to help people lead healthier lifestyles. Check for events in your local libraries. The Reading Well scheme recommends books you might find useful covering aspects of dementia, mental health, cancer and job seeking support and which you can find in Norfolk libraries.
