Barons Court Project

The Barons Court Project suppports people on low incomes who are vulnerable to mental ill health and/or homelessness. Offers a limited drop-in service Mon / Tues / Wed / Fri 2pm-5pm with specific groups and activities during week.

Community Champions UK

Three projects in the borough - Edward Wood E, Old Oak and White City estates to bring people together to build strong communities and local services.

Foundations UK

Foundations UK delivers services related to obesity, weight management and wellbeing in the community. Obesity increases one’s risk of diabetes 5 times and colon cancer and heart disease 3 times. These services help achieve patient empowerment and NHS savings.

River House

Community based centre for people living with HIV. Centre offers nursing advice, counselling, benefits advice (CAB adviser), complementary therapies and educational courses for borough residents and also residents of Ealing and Kensington & Chelsea

St Mungo's

Suport for homeless people who have physical, mental or sustance abuse issues.

West London Centre for Sexual Health

West London Centre for Sexual Health is a friendly, discrete and free NHS sexual health clinic based at Charing Cross Hospital, West London. We offer full sexual health tests, outpatient HIV clinics, HIV treatment and more specialised sexual health services. Note this clinic at Charing Cross will be moving to new premises in April 2016. see web site for details.

You can also use the NHS Direct symptom checker to get information to help you decide if medical attention is required.
