SBAS Provides Free, Professional, Confidential Advice and Information to Residents of South Bristol Seeking Help with Welfare Benefits and Debt. Founded in 1997, SBAS is a charitable organisation staffed by experienced advisers and volunteers. We provide advice and information on Welfare Benefits and Debt. If you are seeking assistance in areas we do not specialise in, we can usually signpost you to a specialist agency that does.
